Dr. Hagen and his office staff are the best. Customer care and service is their priority. Cannot begin to explain how comforting it feels knowing your optometrist is Dr. Hagen.

Jim Hagen is better than any ophthalmologist.
His eye premises are state of the art.
I cannot imagine anyone knowing more about
Eyes.
He is an optometrist, so not a surgeon but if he found any abnormalities he would send you to a surgeon.

I have been taking my son here since he was little. They are very nice and professional. They recently stop taking my son's insurance but I went for his eye exam anyways because of how well they do their job. The eye exams always seem very accurate while I have not had the same experience with other places. I am overall very happy with their services.

I have been visiting Dr. Hagen’s office for more than 10 years. Dr. Hagen is friendly, his bedside manner is awesome and he makes a point to build a rapport with his patients. The up to date technology used for your eye exams are wonderful and makes planning for your eye care easier.. The office environment is friendly and the staff make you feel welcome.
