  I joined Zero Hour to get out of my routine and instead, gained a new family and a new mindset. Chris is not only a great coach but, also a great friend who kindly pushes you to your limit. My whole family has joined now because of how great it is. I feel stronger and healthier than ever. Before, I would go to the LA Fitness for hours and aimlessly work out. Since joining Zero Hour, I give it my all for one hour and feel great after. If you’re looking for a lifestyle change or simply to be around like minded people, then I suggest you check out Zero Hour fitness. I promise, you won’t be disappointed.

  Very family oriented and friendly gym. Coach Pino made me feel very comfortable and supportive immediately giving me a warm and genuinely caring experience. Coach Mel always challenges me to do and be my best, as well as motivates and inspires me. Coach Olis is a lot of fun, has high energy, and is a very funny guy. The facility is extremely clean, well sanitized, and up to code with COVID guidelines. I’ve made wonderful friends here who have become my second family. The first six months of going I dropped 35 lbs and went from a size 12 to a size 5. I never thought I could be capable of doing CrossFit but the coaches and members at Zero Hour have proved me otherwise.

  Zero Hour Fitness makes you feel right at home. This is a gym that anyone can walk into and feel comfortable. The coaches take a personal interest in all its members, no matter what your fitness, or skill level is. Overall great community of athletes pushing each other as a team for better fitness.

  Prior to initiating I was beyond intimidated on becoming part of this type of fitness. However, I couldn't be happier for the choice made. The coaches are all great people, always pushing you with emphasis on proper form. I cant emphasize how much the owner really puts his all to make it fun and a family/friend environment. He trains all fitness levels with no judgement in mind. I am approaching 3 months since joining and have already noticed significant stamina, weight loss, and overall muscle definition. This gym creates a FEEL GOOD effect along with PRIDE. Highly recommend without a doubt!

  Zerohour fitness has helped me accomplish goals I never thought I could reach in a short amount of time. The coaches are amazing, push you to the max with out making you feel uncomfortable. The energy in the gym is like a family, everyone is friendly and motivating. The music selection is very diverse, and the owner really tries to build a relationship with each of his clients to personalize the environment. So far, I love love this gym and I’m extremely happy with what I’ve been able to accomplish with the help of the zerohour fitness staff!
