“It’s absolute hell trying to get in contact with his office or trying to get refills on your scripts. Make sure you schedule your appointments early enough that you never run low on medication. You have to call multiple times a day, multiple days in a row to get in touch with someone from his office. That being said, he seems like he cares about his patients.
