“I was very pleasantly surprised. I have previously gone to MD-run medical clinics with audiologists sporting Doctorate degrees. I've been through it all. Carlos Alonso and his staff do it all just as well or better. I went here to have a set of hi-tech hearing aides fitted and programmed. Carlos and his staff knew all about the iPhone and Droid apps (in detail)... They explained what they were doing every step of the way, they told me about the programming options, and they gave me hands-on instruction in use and care. Hint: you have to hunt for the suite in the office park. Go for the odd numbers! Excellent service. They know what they are doing. Highly recommended.”
