“The academics, the level of parent involvement, and the family atmosphere are what I love most about this school. To the concerned parent from a previous review, I apologize that you feel this way about "PAL" and the school and for any misunderstanding you have about us. I am the President of PAL and I encourage you to reach out to me so we can discuss how we can be better about getting you involved. PAL stands for Parents as Liaisons. The PAL Board are the only officers who are nominated and confirmed into the positions. Every other "pal" is selected individually by their classroom teacher. As a group, we meet only to discuss ways to better support our teachers and staff (including teacher/staff birthdays, school wide fundraising efforts, school events, and celebrations). We depend 100% on parents to help make it all possible. We had just about 200 parents in total help make our Hispanic Heritage Celebration and our Halloween Haunted House/Trunk-or-Treat/Class Parties be the amazing successes they were. My hope is that any parent who has concerns or would like to get more involved feels comfortable enough to discuss it with their teacher and/or get in contact with me directly. The school is as amazing as it is because of the way administration, teachers, staff, and parents all work together and have fun while doing it!”

“I do not know where to start. It has been such a wonderful experience at this preschool. I cannot speak for the other reviewers but i have to let everyone know that the staff, owners and children are like a real community of learners. The staff is very attentive, the children are engaged and the administration has an open door policy. There are times when children are crying as is normal just about anywhere you go. I personally don't have an issue with mixing age groups at times as i find my younger one learns and interacts with older ones easily. My child comes home with his shirt a bit dirty at times and i know it is because he is actually having fun! and not just sitting in a corner somewhere! Love it! Lastly, i want to just say something in defense of my child's school...no school can make you "broke", you choose to pay or not to pay, you choose to sign up or not..but all the fees are disclosed right from the start. Honestly it is a breath of fresh air to have my child in a great, caring and nurturing environment such as this. Thank you MP.”

“We are here in Miami on vacation and were looking for safe drop in care for our 3 year old son. Came across Sweet Angel's Acadamy. This place is amazing!!! Staff made us feel very comfortable with leaving our 3 year old there. They were super nice and accommodating. And my son loved it!!! When we picked him us he kept telling us how much fun he had and all the activities they that day! I will definitely be coming back next time we are in Miami! And you can't beat the price!”

“If you want your kids to go to what is in my humble opinion the best possible middle school then, look no further. If your child is lucky enough to get into this school then make whatever sacrifice needed but get them here. Just be aware that as a parent you must be involved and aware of all the requirements to graduate especially if you want the I.B. Certificate. Which I highly recommend your child strive for. Currently they have a great principal and program. The school is very safe as most children here are all serious students and trouble makers or children with poor grades are relegated to their home school. Going to Ammons is a privilege so act accordingly. Good Luck.”

“Best daycare you will find. It is small, but don't let that fool you. The owner has a bigger daycare and runs this one with as much love, dedication and professionalism. The teachers are amazing, very dedicated and attentive to childrens' needs, they teach them efficiently and the children are absolutely happy. The place is always super clean and beautiful, the food is home made. I guarantee your child will eat. I recommend them to everyone. My next baby will be going there too.”

“The food was tasty, we had the spinach dip for appetizers and chicken Alfredo for our main course. It was tasty but it definitely could have used more of the Alfredo sauce. Our server, Paydon was great. We stayed and chatted for a while before we finally left and he was not being overly pushy to drive us out. He seemed to know we just needed some time to chat.”

“The best part about this school is the teachers. My son’s teacher, Ms. Heredia was amazing. How she managed to teach 24 kids, several of whom were virtual and the rest in person, is beyond me. She’s done a fabulous job keeping all kids engaged and my son has learned so much during the year with her. Plus she was always available to answer questions, and just a sweet person in general. I’m not as happy with the school’s administration. Other than through the teacher, there has been practically no communication directly from the school (especially, given the pandemic year, when communication was more important than ever), several times the information was passed on at the last minute, and I know several parents from the class who paid for various events, but the online kids were not allowed to attend and they were not reimbursed. I’m keeping my son in the school just because of the teachers but hope that there will be changes in the administration, as they have been doing disappointing job.”
