I had back issues on and off for the last year and it wasn't until I started seeing Lindsey that I began to feel any relief. She is very thorough, knowledgeable and gives you plenty to focus on and do for relief between sessions. I could not recommend her enough. She has a lovely practice in the heart of Sunset Harbor. Very friendly and easy to talk to. She not only helped me better understand the mechanics of my body, but I loved that she helped me understand what was specifically going on in my case.

Lindsey takes the time to ask you questions and understand what is going on. She wants to get to the root of the problem right away to try to help you get out the door feeling better ! I had my first session with her today and I am already feeling improvement!
