  The food and service were ahead of our expectations. I surely enjoyed the atmosphere of this place. Wonderful spot to take my family out for lunch.

  I love my new home in South Beach! This is a very special hotel from the design to the staff. The entire property is in pristine condition, and my room, a Classic Terrace (king) was spotless inside and out and very well appointed. Let me also add that I read most of the negative reviews of this hotel prior to my arrival, and each one is inaccurate and does not reflect the actual conditions of this hotel or any kind of behavior They were probably written by guests who simply wanted to complain or wanted discounts. Everything about this hotel is perfect, and I am a perfectionist and immediately notice any flaws wherever I go. This property is EXCELLENT!
  
  My only suggestions would be to offer complimentary water at turndown and not charge for more than 2 Illy pods, especially since this hotel charges a resort fee. In any case, these suggestions are not extremely important to me given the overall service of the hotel. The staff is what truly makes this hotel spectacular. Alex, the hotel manager, is truly a gem! She always has a big smile on her face and is ready to assist in any way she can. She is the driving force of this hotel and her excellent work needs to be acknowledged first and foremost. Very special thanks to the rest of the team, notably Jimmy (Director of Operations), Nicole (Assistant Front Office Manager -- also truly a gem [she and Alex make a great team]), Mike (Director of Engineering), Barnaby (Engineer), Felipe (Engineer), Belkis (Director of Housekeeping), Ivana (Guest Service Agent), Kevin (Overnight Guest Service Agent), Chris (Bellman), Yosvany (Bellman), Harold (Bellman), and Rick (Bellman).
  
  I will be staying at this hotel regularly and I am so glad that I had a great first impression from the moment I stepped foot in the lobby.

  Came for breakfast. Great food with nice outdoor seating by the pool. Friendly and attentive staff. Taylor Jackson approves!

  The BEST pancakes in town!!! I'm addicted... And believe it or not, the Kale salad it's really good too... In case you wanna go on a healthier path... But get the pancake ;) and BTW they serve the same Fried Chicken from Blue Ribbon... Double Yummy
