I sold two watches to Gray & Sons today, upon entering the office, I was greeted by Jackie March who immediately gave me her undivided attention and offered me coffee and water. She is one of the most customer oriented who treated me like a VIP and she right away explained me the process of selling used watches. She is super nice who knows how to treat people. I spent less than hour and left smiling with a check in my hands. I would recommend this place to anyone who wants to sell a luxury watch. Thanks to Gray & Sons and it’s staff, I will come back next time.

I sent my Rolex Sea Dweller 2005 for a restoration repair. I wear it as a daily beater watch 24/7. It had more dings and gouges on the housing. Crystal was chipped on the edge badly. Band was falling apart.
So I called and spoke with Frederico. He assured me I was talking to the right people for the repair. After a couple of weeks my watch returned. Incredibly pristine. The watch housing is flawless they used an aftermarket band to help me save a couple grand. I can’t tell the difference. Well worth the saving. Along with a crystal and bezel replacement. Full service cleaning and reseal. It’s so pretty I don’t want to wear it. Thanks again. Highly recommend

After conducting an extensive search in south Florida, I chose to entrust Gray and Sons with my treasured vintage Rolex for maintenance and service, even though it was located 80 miles south of me.

What a good decision that turned out to be. They met and exceeded my hopes and expectations. Amazing customer care, deep knowledge, top-level Swiss-trained watchmakers, decades of experience with Rolex.

The moment I first entered their shop, I was greeted by Natalia and introduced to owner Keith Gray to discuss my watch. Turns out that Keith owns the same vintage Rolex (which he showed me). They came back to me with a report (and photos) after a thorough inspection. While they rated the overall condition (inside and out) as excellent, they rightly recommended a preventive maintenance service and full testing. They also found one small part that they recommended for replacement. This would mean an extra 7-10 days because they needed to get the part from Rolex. I was given regular updates (with photos) by Natalia and operations manager Federico. When I arrived to pick up my Rolex, Keith and Federico personally reviewed the successful test results with me. Everything in order.

Gray and Sons is a professional, well managed operation of high standard that I would recommend to anyone looking for top level, fairly priced service and, very importantly, confidence and peace of mind.
