  Marco is a seasoned hairstylist who knows what he is doing without hesitation. Let me just say that the entire experience from start to finish was superb. The ambience, the music, the staff, are always flawless and on the dot. He was insightful, understanding, and patient when we discussed where my hair had been and in what direction we would be going with it. You had the confidence that he really knows what he is doing from start to finish. He asks the right questions, and went over every inch of my head as he familiarized himself with head shape and hair growth patterns. Afterward, I felt like a new woman when I looked in the mirror. I walked out of there feeling great, sporting red carpet hair. And I have to say that Marco is perfection.

  Had the best experience with Jose and the team! Jose is friendly, attentive and professional. Worked magic with his scissors. This was my first haircut since having my daughter. What a transformation.Thank you so much!

  I had a wonderful experience at the salon, I haven’t had a hair cut in years and I went in ready to let go of it all! Marco and Angela worked seamlessly to make this happen and I am over the moon happy with my transformation! Thank you thank you!! The next time I decide to get a cut I’ll definitely be back.

  Being European and living in this latitude, my colored hair got under a major stress with sun and ocean water. Only Rossano Ferretti stylist’s Michela managed to get my hair back in shape with beautiful results. Their professionalism and quality of products exceed any expectation. I can only recommend this place and its team.

  If you live in Miami, you must go see Katie and Marco. If you are visiting Miami, you must go see Katie and Marco.
  
  They are both true masters and artists, who know what they are doing without hesitation. I can watch Marco for hours make magic happen.
  
  They both made my hair look the best it's ever looked. I knew I wanted to try something new with my hair, and both Katie and Marco were so accommodating and a joy to be around. Everyone at the salon is just so lovely!
