  Not a first choice.
  This hotel is very stylish and modern although the facilities and service are very poor. The hotel is overpriced and not a good value for money.
  Starting with a check- in, the receptionist didn’t explain any members benefits, the room was tiny and dark with a noisy music outside. When asked to change the room, front desk said that will let us know when the room becomes available. Asked three times over two days and nothing happened. We finally decided to stay in the room that has been given to us at the beginning. No information about the hotel in the room. The coffee in the lobby was very overpriced- $8. The breakfast buffet super small, no vegan options except porridge with water, fruits and toast. Not much choice for happy hour.
  
  Overall, we weren’t happy with our stay and won’t be coming back here.

  Beautiful property with friendly staff! I called ahead to request a lower floor if possible for our oceanfront room, and the staff not only fulfilled that request, but also surprised us with a happy birthday cookie delivery for my daughter. The room and pool facilities were great, and we loved ordering lunch and drinks poolside. I would definitely stay at The Confidante again!

  Excellent value and amazing hospitality. Love the staff! They pay attention to every detail. You’ll truly be treated as a valued guest. The Beachside service is phenomenal as well.

  Great hotel located in the Jewish district of Miami Beach. Facilities look new and stylish. Customer service is quite friendly and attentive.
  
  I wouldn’t bring kids here as the atmosphere is not that kids friendly.
  
  In addition, their room size varies by a lot. We were originally assigned to a super tiny room which is located on the north building. Due to some technical problem in the room, we then got moved to a much nicer room which is a lot larger and has a balcony. It is an upgrade for sure. But for the first room we were given and as a Hyatt discoverist, I would have hoped to be offered a better one.

If you are ever in Miami Beach, I highly recommend The Confidante. From the minute we walked through the door, the front desk clerk, Ye, was incredibly helpful, his service was probably the best service we've experienced at any hotel. Checked in, got to our room and it was stunning!
