A little diamond in the rough. It’s wonderful getting away for the day. Taking a me day to relax, renew, and reset. Buying the passes is worth it because then it’s only 20 dollars for the day And you get access to the hot tub, sauna, steam room, and cold plunge. -

(November 16, 2019, 1:01 pm)Had a great experience. First time going to a sauna or bath house and I must say I’m glad I tried it. Can’t believe I never knew about it. Will definitely be going again and several times more throughout my lifetime. I feel it’s something that should be a part of my life now. Prices were pretty good. Plan on also taking family and friends with the great packages they have. If you have never tried it I highly recommend it.

(October 21, 2019, 9:08 am)Beautifully designed saltwater hot tub upon entry is the prelude to a variety of steam rooms, sauna, ice bath, cold room options & even bunk beds to rest on after hours of relaxing therapies. When ever I visit Florida I must enjoy this experience.

But Yes, I agree that it needs an upgrade and more cleaning. On my opinion, the Aroma Russian Sauna is VERY hot so you can not even move inside. Please make it usable :)
And last comment - please make better light in girls changing room especially around the mirror so we can see our-self's and have opportunity get ready to go out :) -

(September 1, 2019, 5:24 pm)Enjoyed all the sauna rooms, steam rooms, polar room, amethyst room, ice pool. Also purchased the PKG for deep tissue massage, mud wrap, salt scrub, body wash with oak leaf finish. This place is my go to when I go to Miami...it's under a hotel on the beach....it's rustic and relaxing...not the Barbie doll place.
