  Our room was fine. The view was awesome. We had a balcony apartment with the perfect ocean view. The beds were good, too, and it was very clean. The problem was with the operation of the whole establishment. There are multiple entities involved in running this building. It's weird. There are so many rules and petty regulations, it makes it much less fun. It has valet parking, so you can't forget anything in your car. Also, $3.50 for a cup of black coffee, with no refills and no warning? (Husband and I spent $21 for morning coffee to go with $20 worth of food -- a ham and cheese omelet and bagel breakfast sandwich.) Just beware.

  Office workers are so kind and hardworking. They make sure if you have an issue it is resolved quickly. My room had a TV that didn’t work. They quickly replaced it and were very nice about it.
