  Denisse was Amazing. She was able to get me an SUV like I needed and get me on the road. After 3 days of not being able to get a car and being sent buy reservation specialists all over Miami just to show up and find out they didn't have cars... Ugh! Denisse was the only one to come through for me.

  Wow! What can I say but 5 stars across the board. Customer service management, clean facility, and of course I would recommend this particular Cubesmart storage facility to others.
  Stacey to called me to make sure I still wanted the unit I reserved online. She even waited for me because I was running late. Who does that anymore? Very personable. I felt like I had known her for years. She helped me through the whole process and thanks to her I ended up getting a better deal. Kudos. She answered all my questions and even offered to help me unload my stuff despite her foot in a cast. I thought she was crazy, but I said thank you. She is a beautiful person that loves to help people and doing her job. We need more people like her that actually cares and treats people and the security of their stuff like it is hers. I actually was a pest and kept telling her I was sorry to keep bothering her. She kept telling me it's okay, that's what I'm here for. You could tell she took her job seriously and really means it. I truly feel my stuff in storage is in good hands. I would actually leave my kids with her and I don't just leave them with anybody. Once again, yes, I would recommend this facility to anybody needing to rent at a storage facility. Oh yeah, I forgot to mention I rented a unit here for one year and I am happy to say this is why I came back to rent another unit.

  Rented from OAK Airport location.... Construction on this location site continues and they seem short on the # of cars that are available at any one time although staffing and car are good. This place will be great once it all gets done
