This review is for staff member Doreen. She went above and beyond to help us out this weekend when others seemed unwilling to do so. She seemed as though she was happy to be helping us and really cared about our experience. Thank you so much Doreen for helping us to get my phone and for the great conversation along the way. Your kindness really made our night. Someone give this lady a raise! Again, thanks so much for going out of your way. -Ashley and Jeff
I went for the Miami Open recently. I am liking the versatility of the stadium. Great set up for the different events with beautiful transformations. Food and drinks were reasonably priced and tasty. Still needs work on parking thou. I chipped my heels and got mud on my jumper on the dirt parking, which a premium was paid to avoid, before even entering the facilities. I still looked cute though. ????????????
We shuttled from our hotel to the stadium and we're in our seats in less than 20 minutes from start to finish. The guidance staff and security was absolutely exceptional! We saw Taylor Swift and with such a big concert thought it was going to be the nightmare getting through security and you are seats but it was just the opposite. At every corner there was security or staff smiling, professional and attentive.
Best concert experience.
The renovation has dramatically improved the facility. The new canopy, updated seating and sophisticated club level are all huge upgrades. We just attended the Miami Open and the changes made to accommodate a major tennis tournament was unreal. You would have never thought you were in a 65,000 seat football stadium. It's a great place to watch football, attend a concert and now a great place to watch first class tennis.
We were a little apprehensive about the change in venue for the Miami Open but were happily surprised. Every single one of the employees we encountered: whether it was in the Stadium, on one of the courts, a guard, a food service worker, in the shops, or at one of the sponsor booths, was just lovely. They were all kind, friendly, & helpful. I was so glad I called the box office for help with my tickets as Anthony did an excellent job in finding me just what I needed.
The grounds were such a nice surprise with green lawns everywhere and seating areas all around. Plenty of choices for good food & anything you could want to drink for adults & kids.
Congratulations to Miami for this beautiful event & site!
