I bought a solar panel for my SUV as I transformed it into a camper :) and tony helped me with the set up last year . but today I called him cause I need the connectors replaced and he just told me to go there and they will help me .....this is the best costumer service ever ...I am so happy :)

I've purchased from Sun Electronics twice once in 2005 and once 2011. If you understand that they are a wholesaler that also does business directly with the public, it is easier to understand their GREAT PRICES! and excuse their past customer service (They really are working on it and by all accounts are doing much better)

Both times I purchased items at a price that was available no where else, I purchased a power center the first time that others were asking $1200-1400 for a bit over $300! along with 1Kw of panels priced better than all others.

The second time, last year I purchased 4Kw of UL listed panels for about 83 cents a watt delivered! at that time 30-40 cents less per watt than the next closest price. They had purchased the remaining stock of Evergreen panels and moved roughly half a percent of all the wattage of solar panel sold in the USA. They were understandably overwelmed. When one of my panels arrived broken, they shipped out a replacement at their expense, hard to beat that! If you are not familiar with freight shipments once you sign recieved the product is yours. ( I had called and asked if they wanted me to accept and was told to accept them, I can only assume they wanted me to be happy)

I have bought from Sun Electronics several times and their prices on top quality solar products are among the best you can find anywhere. Customer service use to be poor but they are definitely improving in that area. They are also honest and deliver what they promise. If they make mistake they make it right. I would continue to buy from them as long as they continue offer good deals on top notch products.

Bought CS-230 modules last year (2011) and picked up in Hayward, CA. Everything super smooth. The price was great!

Best experience with a solar company so far and once in a while they have unbelievable prices you cannot miss. That's how I got a couple of panels for my home a couple of months ago. Shipping was fast, I'm looking forward for more deals to continue expanding my system next year.
