Andrew was patient with me and made sure to answer all the questions I had for him. He really made me feel excited about being a part of the Lexus community.

(July 17, 2019, 3:26 pm)When the due date to turn in my lease was approaching, I decided to contact Mr. Terrance Bean for a new car as he had given me a fantastic deal on my previous lease.
Once again, Mr. Bean found me an amazing leasing deal. He worked very diligently on finding the Lexus model and the color scheme I wanted. He explained the leasing options and extras on the vehicle thoroughly and patiently answered all my questions. Mr. Bean went out of his way to assure customer satisfaction.
I will continue to seek Mr. Bean’s professional help in the future. In my regard, he is an asset to the Lexus company. -

(June 19, 2019, 9:28 am)Efrain Ponce made my Lexus experience unforgettable and amazing!!!! He was awesome. He explained everything in detail. He made me feel comfortable, like family. He was with me through the entire process. I will NEVER forget it.
The entire Lexus experience was GREAT from the time I walked through the door, until the time I drove off the lot !!!
