  This hospital surprised me. I came to do a surgery on my lower back L5 S1. From the front desk to the cleaning lady. Everybody is 5 stars.
  The room I stayed was pretty new. Food os okay. Just because of portion. Lol... I am big guy.
  The nurse staff was always around. Felt good and protected.
  This hospital is much better than I thought.

  I fractured my elbow in 3 places, which required surgery. I made the choice to recover at Jackson North's rehab center. I went 3 times a week for 6 weeks and then down to 2 times a week for the remaining 6 weeks. It was an absolutely amazing experience. My Occupational Therapist, Katrina, was AWESOME! She explained everything to me; how my bones were supposed to work and how they were actually working. She challenged me during sessions to reach beyond what I would have done on my own, but she did it in such a calm nature that I was not intimidated at all. I do not know if I would have made as much progress as I did with her. I was sad to "graduate" but also excited that I made great progress and was ready to be released.
  
  The rehab facility was very nice and very clean. The equipment looked new and, if it looked a few years old, it was well kept. Not only did Katrina clean each piece of equipment before and after I used, but I saw all the other therapists do so as well. Everyone was super friendly even though I was not their client. And though I dealt with the rehab center, I must say Ms. Betty, who checked me in at security, was fun to see every time. She was always in a great mood.
  
  I would definitely recommend the Rehab Center to anyone!!!

  My family and I had a great experience at Jackson North! Just like their logo, they are indeed committed to excellent service. From Labor and Delivery to the 5th floor in the Maternity Ward were highly skilled, caring doctors, beautiful nurses, and other hardworking staff members working tirelessly around the clock doing what they do best. Among this committed team is the very nice housekeeping crew who were also on top of their game.
  A very huge thank you goes out to them all. God bless!!!!

  My husband's nurse Juliana is an angel. She was pleasant. She took her time and discussed my concerns about his health patiently and in a way that was easy to understand. She's very understanding about the need for family members to be informed about their families in the hospital, so much so she offered to call me every day (I am my husband's proxy). She is totally professional and displayed excellent customer service.
  She also video called my husband for me so that we could see each other and talk.
  Please consider this when she is evaluated.
