  I hosted a 2 day event at this property last February. We had over 200 attendees who stayed at the hotel along with members of our staff.
  
  I can't say enough about the level of attention, care, service, professionalism, kindness and respect I received from all of their managers and employees.
  
  Any question or concern I had was addressed immediately. I truly felt I was taken care of every step of the way.
  
  To add even more love to this relationship all of our event attendees LOVED the hotel too. They all raved about the food and the service. Needless to say we are coming back to this property next year.

  This hotel is absolutely immaculate. It’s so clean! The towels are fluffy and fresh. The beds are extremely comfortable, this entire property is extremely well kept. The service is top
  Notch! Always friendly with a smile! This place deserves 10 stars if possible!

  Rooms are nice (but a bit old and in need of minor repairs). Beds are extremely comfy. Love the beach & pool area. Great views. Only real drawback to this property is a critical design flaw in the elevator construction... there are only 4 elevators for the entire hotel, and the lines are sometimes 25+ minutes! Keep that in mind, as it may ruin your evening plans or make you miss your flight. Another issue with this hotel is the unusually long wait times for bell hops to bring luggage up to rooms during peak times. Actually, during peak times it's almost impossible to get anything from anyone. They are not equiped to deal with standard work load. But again, the trade off is a nice property with a great vibe.

  Reception could be more helpful and welcoming. Pool&beach service is great.
  Restaurant food and service are great. Barmen Nacho has cocktails for you in pool area. Pool barmen is AMAZING. Rooms are wide and clean. Overall good experience.

  It was awesome. Very clean. 30st floor. Nice view.Convenient location, comfortable rooms and good amenities. Variety of restaurants and bars on property direct access to the beach. Friendly staff will accommodate you with towels, chairs and umbrellas. Overall great experience.
