  Raul Santidrian is my realtor. But he is not just one of the many in Miami he is one of the few who is clearly extraordinary. I have invested in or lived in no less than a dozen condo units in Miami since 2005 and as a physician have been purchasing real estate since 1986- so I have had considerable experience with realtors. To be frank I have not always made the best decisions with my own purchases before meeting Raul but in retrospect I can count with one, possibly 2 fingers those realtors who truly were hard working, well informed, honest and had only MY best interests at heart.
  
  Raul Santidrian is exactly whom I am referring to in this regard. The other is a commercial broker in the Design District who is also a dear friend. Raul gave my wife and I sound and confident yet open-minded advice. He was not pushy or salesman like but was more like the professor who helped to enlighten you and "show you the way" that you look back upon with fondness and appreciation. Raul fought hard for us when it came to negotiating pricing in an elite Prec-C project soon to be topped off. He was able to help us again with our negotiation of payment terms after agreeing on the price. Dont assume that the offering price is set in stone.
  
  In a city where virtually every other pretty face is either a sales agent or in the hospitality industry Raul stands apart as a very hard working family man as affable as he is seriously hard-working businessman. This gentleman is a true professional. His knowledge of the market is unparalleled and his clients happiness the #1 priority. This makes sense because buyers in the high end Pre-C market are usually pretty discerning individuals. Recently Raul helped to secure a sizeable discount in a Penthouse rental unit until our Pre-C home is ready to move into. He went so far as to convince the unit-owner to BUY NEW FURNITURE for our unit in addition to the discounted price and actually went with his wife to help pick out the furniture for us. Really a nice thing to do Raul!
  
  In summary if you want a hard working, honest advocate who can help you find the perfect fit for purchase, work well with your busy lifestyle and still find the time to fight for you with the developer then YOUR perfect fit will be Raul Santidrian.
