Prestige Auto Towing

I got locked out of my car and my husband called for a tow truck to come and open it. I waited for less than 30 minutes and it is safe to say I will be calling them again because this happens far to often with me. The employee Marti was super caring and a gentleman, when he got there he asked if I wanted anything to drink which was super considerate of him! And I appreciated it every much after that he immediately started to open the car and in 5 minutes he had it done. I was super happen with the experience and will be asking for him next time because there will be a next time! Thank you again, Marti.

My car is a problem starting and I called Prestige doe a tow and repair. Richard, the tow truck driver was amazing! He performed some mechanical magic on my car to get the front wheels to turn straight so it could be towed to the repair shop. I wasn’t able to figure it out, and he patiently explained how to correct the issue, so at least the car could be towed properly. I highly recommend Prestige for all your towing and car repair needs.

After the 1st towing company was unable to place my car in neutral, I called Prestige and told them about my complicated Lincoln and the manager promised an experienced driver.. Not only did Richard figure it out but was extremely personable and confident.. He seems like a solid and dedicated employee..price was right too.. Awesome company to deal with. From start to finish the guys in the office we're prompt and professional and the driver was very knowledgeable and informative. The driver handled everything with care and was professional. I'd highly recommend using this company as I will if I ever need to in the future.

Richard was awesome, he took all of the stress out of a stressful situation! Great service from the point of calling for an estimate to the picking up of my vehicle. Cesar was kind and informative on the phone offering solutions to accommodate my needs. Richard was an amazing communicator from start to finish, calling with an ETA, another to confirm he was on schedule and a third time to follow up letting me know that my car had been delivered safely to its destination. Outstanding service all around, highly recommend!!
