Bridal Boutique By Barbara

I am a bit late in providing my review (and it is a bit long), but I would like to recognize what a great boutique this place is, not only because of its gowns, but what really stood out was the customer service we received, which sadly I feel many businesses are lacking in today. This place is nothing but amazing - exceptional customer service by two wonderful and classy women who run the store that carries exquisite and high quality gowns. I was at the boutique back in September 2020. I had an upcoming wedding in one month and I still did not have a dress. Any bride's nightmare. I had been trying to find one at several boutiques in my hometown; however, after experiencing very poor customer service, my mom and I decided to take a trip to Miami, which is several hours away from where we live. I had made a few appointments to some bridal shops near Coral Gables. However, after doing a quick google search, Bridal Boutique by Barbara popped up in my search as it was nearby where I was and we decided to stop there first to see before heading to the appointments. When we arrived, we were welcomed by two very special ladies, Barbara and Bibi, who really were fabulous in every way. They really helped me in finding the perfect dress and made my mother and I feel so welcomed. Their kind and warm and upbeat personalities are what made this experience top-notch! The boutique had a great variety of different styles, which helped me quickly decide what I wanted or didn't (as I did not have a certain style in mind). They gave me options and they very kind and patient with me (as I am a very indecisive person). At one point I thought I had found the dress, but had second thoughts and decided not to move forward and told her I wanted to go to my other appointments before making a decision. She was very understanding and said she would be there if I needed to come back. Boy, was she right! I went to only one of my appointments in Coral Gables and the experience was very unpleasant and the gowns were not only ugly but very expensive! I ended up canceling my other appointments and my mom immediately called Barbara and said we're coming back but lets look at a few more dresses. In the end, we found the most beautiful gem of a dress, which turned out to be my wedding dress. Barbara was so wonderful in making sure that the dress arrived quickly so we would have enough time to alter the dress if necessary. She gave me tips in what to do in the meantime to ensure I would fit in the dress (as I was between two sizes). Her tip definitely worked because by the time the dress arrived , it fit like a glove! No alterations were needed! The day of my wedding EVERYONE loved the dress! Everyone said they had never seen such a beautiful dress! I think my guests' reactions are definitely a testament that the gowns there are not just beautiful, but exquisite. They also not only sell bridal gowns, but dresses for the MOB or if you are part of the wedding party or even guest. The MOB dresses are fabulous, not dresses that are frumpy and make moms look dated. This place is definitely a reflection of these ladies' taste and fashion wisdom. They know what looks good and that is what they offer to their clientele. I also found my jewelry and hairpiece there and they had beautiful veils as well. The prices were fantastic as well!! Just can't say enough. You will not regret shopping at Bridal Boutique by Barbara! First class wedding gown dress shop!!!

I had such a lovely experience at Bridal By Barbara! This was my first stop trying on dresses so I had no idea what to expect, but they took what could have been a stressful and overwhelming experience and made it fun, comfortable, and productive. We were greeted by name when we arrived, and quickly introduced to our fantastic stylist. She asked about my wedding location, preferences, and really listened to me when picking some first dresses to try on (but also adding some surprises to make sure we tried everything). Bridal By Barbara is an adorable and welcoming boutique environment with a gorgeous, curated selection. I would recommend to anyone in Miami or even visiting!

I HAD THE ULTIMATE GREATEST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE! BRIDAL BOUTIQUE BY BARBARA WAS ALL AROUND THE MOST AMAZING EXPERIENCE OF ALL THE WEDDING DRESS VENDORS THAT I WENT TO AND I WENT TO A LOT!! ANDREA IS THE BEST SALES WOMAN ON THE ENTIRE PLANET AND SHE WAS A PLEASURE TO WORK WITH! EVERYONE THERE IS A PLEASURE AND I MISS IT SO MUCH I WOULD GET MARRIED AGAIN JUST TO RELIVE THE EXPERIENCE I HAD!! THANK YOU SO MUCH BARBARA YOU MADE ME A PRINCESS AND I HAD THE TIME OF MY LIFE!!!!!

I had an amazing experience at Bridal Boutique by Barbara! The boutique is beautiful and the staff is welcoming and helpful. I had the pleasure of working with Bibi and she was wonderful. She really knew her inventory and when I said I liked or disliked something she immediately catered my options to my likes and dislikes. I truly felt as if she was listening to me and understood what I was looking for. Lucia was so helpful as well, she paid very close attention to the details of my dress, as I ordered a custom design, and made sure I was 100% comfortable before ordering. I really had a dream team in Bibi and Lucy and I'm so excited to be getting my dream dress!
