  They’re smart people, I trust they always know what they are doing. They’ve always been reassuring when I have been in their care. It’s helpful seeing a staff who really enjoy working with each other to make sure I was treated like family every visit and I appreciate their care, hospitality, and friendliness.

  Very friendly staff, receptionist Alison and Amber are extremely professional, well informed and attentive. Dr. Pando was quick and professional, gave me a good prescription that had me feeling much better in just an hour or two. And Jennifer Torres asked the right questions to my symptoms and what I felt, as well and checking my vitals to make sure all was well. I have always gone to this urgent care and will continue to do so.

  The treatment I received at this urgent care center was exceptional. When I arrived I was seen immediately. The receptionists, nurses, and doctors at this location are super friendly and caring. It really made the difference to be treated well in a time of vulnerability. Thank you to the staff at Baptist urgent care 8th street location. I will recommend this location to all my friends and family.

  Excellent attention and care. The nurses and the Doctor were very knowledgeable. The front desk ladies tended to me right away. I have no complaints only good things to say.

  The time waiting was minimal, great service with care. Knowledgeable personnel and loved the convenience of the medication Automatic dispenser. It's close to my house which is fantastic when you have to drive feeling ill. I have been going to this urgent care since it's inception and the good service and diagnosis have been spot on and consistent. Highly recommend.
