“Brush asm for 1997 Honda Accord 2.7 arrived per promised delivery date of Monday, 1 June. Part required minor modification to rubber seal (probably due to my order specfication). Hardest part was spreading brushes withoutn damaging them to allow reassembly to commutator. Finally hit on use of plastic bottle with cap slightly larger than commutator diameter to force spring-loaded brushes back far enough to slide brushes onto commutator. Crude but worked--and didn't damage brushes. Repaired starter motor worked fine. Thank you AMF”
