My other doctor was unavailable and luckily, Dr. Fernandez was able to fit me in right away. This was my first visit with him. He was very personable, informative, listened to all my concerns; explained the diagnosis; how symptoms arose and progressed plus what the follow up treatment entailed, prescribing what was needed to get better. The visit was gradual, never feeling rushed. I will undoubtedly go back to him for any future health concerns.”

I have been back and received good treatment and care. 1. I wish I could give a negative 10😡 I went to see a doctor and I was denied medical care until I got Covid tested (2-3 days for results). They said they would send a prescription to the pharmacy and nothing. I had to call again in the afternoon and wait about 20 minutes for the lady to take my info and see what can be sent, so the first time no one did anything. Very poor care, this is not just bad customer service at some department store, this is a sick person seeking medical assistance and was left in the limbo😕😠”
