The trainers are so humble, they assign you workouts for your level and each session is customized and tailored to you. I feel very comfortable in the small setting rather than a large group which sometimes feels "culty". The trainers give you individualized attention and help fix your form when necessary. I don't feel self-conscious at all working out infront of the other people (which at most there are 3 others), its just you, your workout, and the trainer with you every step of the way.”
