“I've been to many Animal Hospitals and I was pleasantly surprised at the great and affordable prices this hospital charges for services. Hands down, number 1. Vet visits will always be expensive, but they are very reasonable and affordable at this hospital. Anthony was SUPER nice and caring (I believe he's a tech). He made the entire experience very comforting and appreciative. The only reason I don't give the full 5 stars is because the wait times are horrendous and abysmal. It was on a hot stifling summer night just before midnight and I was in the car 3 hours. I've never had to wait this long at any Vet or animal hospital I've ever been too (even at their busiest). This hospital could definitely use improvement in this area. Thank you again.”

Have witnessed a few disrespectful customers at times but staff does their best to serve them. Long lines are customers fault for bringing in recent purchases in bags expecting postal employees to do all the work packaging them & addressing them. All in all, lavernia Post Office has my vote for #1 in customer service.”
