I'm glad I made the drive to be seen sooner, the entire staff is very friendly and very polite. Melissa is very knowledgeable and professional, turns out my problem was a pretty simple fix. She also asked if I had other areas of concern to be looked at, she definitely takes the time needed for the visit. Not in a rush and really cares about her work and her patients. “My grandfather got rushed to the emergency room this morning. We went this afternoon to try and figure out what was going on. I was expecting a lot of push back but it ended up being a great experience. The security guard Jose Montge was so polite. He was very helpful and concerned. He really got us all the information and we were able to see him. The nurse was also very polite and gave us a lot of information. The facility itself was very clean and nice. I always liked this hospital.”
