I took some classes here last year for the first time and don’t regret it at all, the training is personalized and one on one better than those gyms that just have boxing classes with a group of 20 people with bad form because the instructor can’t get to them all. I came here for Muay Thai training and although the instructor is teaching MMA style fighting I was not disappointed.”
