“I visited here the other night and ordered from the drive through and spent $42. I got home and realized that my order was messed up. I called the store and spoke with management and they took my name and offered me to come back at anytime to reorder. I went back the following day and the manager made sure I got everything I wanted. They prepared my order hot and fresh and gave me complimentary drinks. I love the way they handled this and made me forget about the messed up order! Thanks to the management and staff here! Their food is great!”

“Service: 4/5: I did have to wait a bit longer than I was expecting since I was the only person in the drive thru AND I had a mobile order, but understand that openers in the morning can sometimes be rushing around to get things ready. Workers were kind and I could tell they were hustling. Presentation: 5/5: The food looked great, the Breakfast Baconator that I ordered actually looked like how it is normally advertised (standing tall instead of smushed together). Value: 5/5: The amount of food I got for money spent was a great deal. Normally my meal would have been around $8, but because Wendy's offers daily coupons that can really save you some money, I was able to get it for $4 instead. I feel $8 would have been overpriced for what I got (especially considering the health value of the meal), but for $4 it is definitely worth it if you need something in a pinch and are willing to order online (which is how you get most of the good deals). Overall: 5/5 (Note: Because this was a drive through order I will not be reviewing the feel of the interior.)”

The customer service is always on point… for that I want to say thank you to Claudia from the Palmetto Bay location. She’s the bomb! As far as the food, the sushi is great. Nothing too crazy or fancy like some other places but there’s a consistency here that keeps me coming back. Tuna tataki is a go to of mines, and so is the Coral Reef roll. Overall solid flavors and always fresh to me. Although I had an issue tonight with my noodles, again customer service saved the day and my review. There’s a reason they’ve been in business this long. Great food and amazing people. I’m a keep coming back!!”
