“this is a small grocery store that has some products from Asia but a lot of products from Latin America and the us as well. Certainly, you may need to stop in here to get some spices or perhaps a purse. However, you probably came here because of the food. There's a lot of interesting hybrid foods that have both a Caribbean and Asian fusion to them, but there's also some traditional Chinese dishes and a few Thai Dishes that are extremely tasty and seemed pretty authentic. There's not a lot of good Chinese food in Miami, but you can come here and for reasonable price is some really good stuff. The other thing that I like about this that seemed to work extremely well. Whenever we have someone in the house that has a cough that won't seem to go away we get the medicine that has pictures of giant centipedes on it, but no centipedes are actually listed as ingredients in the medicine. It's all plants and herbal remedies.”

“My boyfriend and I stopped by for a late lunch and looks just like the pictures. They have a nice wall painting of Kong as well as Kong decor to match. There was no wait so we were able to seat immediately. We started by ordering drinks first. I got the Moscow mule, which was amazing! It was made with sake instead of vodka! My boyfriend got the Sake Hulk which is a frozen drink, also very good. For appetizer, we ordered the PataKong! I was about skeptical since in the yelp pictures, the two plantain “sandwiches” looked very small for the price but we decided to go for it regardless. To our surprise, it was actually bigger in person! Well worth the price. For main meal, we got the Romeo and Juliet and the Havana 305 sushi. We were too full for dessert so decided to pass on that. However our server, Nicholas, was so kind and gave us some sort of vanilla Oreo whipped cream dessert and it was perfect! His service throughout the whole experience was A+! Ask for Nicholas to wait your table. Sushi Kong was a 10/10 and looking forward to going back soon.”
