“We had lunch on the porch. Temperature was extraordinary low. Heater helped a bit. Food, well: it was the first time for to me to eat Cuban and I guess I will not become a huge fan. The chicken was extremely dry, potatoes hard, and all dishes heavy to digest. Sangria was very light in taste. Staff was attentive and friendly and helpful to explain almost every dish.”

“My husband and I now stay at this hotel every year we visit South Beach. You can walk everywhere and everything you need is close by. However, it is the staff's kindness, courtesy, cheerfulness and trustworthiness that has consistently impressed us and keeps us coming back to their warm welcome. I called Desiree at the front desk last night, slightly panicked, realizing that I had left $300 in cash in our room safe. We had checked out that same morning. She very calmly told me that the room was currently available (Phew!) and that the manager would check the safe's contents. An hour later she called me back and said that Gerardo had located the $300 cash and that it was safe. (Double Phew!) This morning Gerardo arranged to Western Union me the cash, which I can pick up at my local grocery store. When I asked him if I could compensate him for his time & trouble he said, "That's OK. The Western Union is just one block away and the exercise will do me good!" Now that that is what I call excellent service!”

“Pretty busy place! The place is spacious and well designed. Different seating arrangements. It's my first time here. The menu is amazing and has a variety of items to pick from. I had the Belgian waffles. As said they were fluffy and crispy, but way too salty. I thought it might be the butter but I had a bite of the waffle alone and it was salty. Of course the butter didn't help, with the butter it was so salty. For me I don't return plates I either leave them or eat them, and yes I ate it, but to be honest I didn't enjoy it. I can imagine if it had the correct saltiness I would have enjoyed every bite. I also got the morning meditation juice. The staff was extremely friendly and nice.”

“It's truly a fun place for families friends. I had my son's birthday party there. Even when they were heavily booked they helped me out and gave me a spot. It's was hassle free they let you bring your own cake and food. They had the tables reserved for when you arrive. The staff and JP were awesome. They checked on us to make sure everything was prefect. The place is clean and well organized. If you don't have gear don't worry they have packages with gear rental included. The gear is clean and not stinky and the gun are pretty good. The players have three different fields they can play in so if you like the pro field with air bunkers they have it or construction site they got it even a wild west with structure field so everyone can play in the environment they like. They can switch and play in any of the fields they like without restrictions. The adults that came to the party for their kids saw it was so much fun and joined in and played. It's fun for everyone. I highly recommend this place for birthday party or even for a day of fun it's worth it.”
