He got them off the shelf explained the difference in the brands and quality. He gave me a complimentary bottle of washer fuild and even installed the new ones and disposed of the old ones.. after thanking him I offered him a tip and he graciously declined it and told me no ma'am it no problem at all... he gave me the best experience I've ever had at auto zone and I've been going ther for years.”
