When I explained that the tattoo I was getting was my first, the artist helping me took time to explain his processes and the products he was using. The same can be said for piercings as well. They walked me through the steps and made sure what I was getting was exactly what I wanted. We told the salesperson we would be back shortly after going to Dairy Queen in the same strip. On the way we found Miami Mattress where Javi promptly ascertained our needs, showed us several models, explained the differences clearly and guided us to a great value of quality + discounted price for the guest room bedroom we were seeking to upgrade. The mattress, box and frame were delivered within 24 hours today. Turns out our salesman was actually the owner. I wish him/them well. Only suggestion: get more advertising out there!”
