She listened to my concerns then took out her little iPad and didn’t her job! I received a appointment that was convenient with my schedule and when I arrived for my appointment Mrs.Dee kept that same positive energy, she let me know what was about to go on, got me into a loaner, and she reach out to me with updates on my vehicle several times a day. Mrs Dee was phenomenal! She knew exactly how to deliver when it came to Lexus customer service!
