As I looked through all the flowers undecided with my choice; this sweet lady asked me detailed questions about the recipient of the flowers and together we picked the perfect assortment. Her customer service went above excellent when she told me to go to the cashier and pay for the flowers as she puts the arrangement in the vase! Now that’s what you call quality service. “My experience (for more than a decade 3 BMWs), problems get diagnosed properly (When they say it's something the repair fixes the problem, they don't tell me something else needs to be fixed too). If a repair would be too expensive they will try and offer alternatives, e.g. replace turning headlights with non turning to save over $1000. They are also very nice people.”
