She welcoming and very accommodating. She is available for every question or issue you may have, even if it has nothing to do with your stay at Beach Haus. You can tell she loves her job because she is so good at keeping everthing running smoothly and making sure everyone is happy! She is always quick to respond and open to giving out her number…beyond available! Elizabeth needs a raise! I’ve enjoyed my stay so much that I may never leave! Whether you get to stay a couple nights or a couple of months, I think you’ll find that Beach Haus is a slice of heaven on what is truly a island paradise, Key Biscayne.”

“Our company has been flying with Don (the pilot) and Elainna (the ops mgr) for years now and it is always a pleasure. They are always accommodating to our many demands such as last minute travel, multiple destinations in a day, and execute the services in a timely and professional manner. Whenever we charter a plane to quickly get to the islands we almost always use Treasure Air unless in the rare instance they are not available to fly due to having maintenance done on their plane. (Which is a comforting in itself that proper maintenance is being done). All in all I highly recommend flying and chartering planes with this husband/wife duo.”

“Leaving a review on behalf of a party of 8 on Saturday Aug 15, 2020. We showed up and they were waiting for us to show us the amenities of the pontoon we had rented. They also had a place for us to park as we were a large party and had a rental van. The boat was clean and in great condition. They also showed us on the map where to go and where we could stop and rest. Also recommended a place to stop for lunch. The boat rental included a cooler, life jackets for all people on the vessel, as well as a large Bluetooth speaker to use. Would highly recommend and will use if we’re ever in the area again!”

“Never thought of taking the tour since we are locals but our son and girlfriend gave it to us as a gift and my husband and I loved it. Seeing Miami Beach from the helicopter was wonderful, made us appreciate it more and realized we live in paradise. The staff was very knowledgeable and friendly on the phone and in person, they treated us like friends. The pilot was amazing, made us feel comfortable. He brings everything you need to have a great time out on the water, from his experience driving the boat and navigating Miami’s waterways, to his preparedness in always having towels coolers ice sunscreen etc. in case you forget to bring them. He even knows which mansions belong to which celebrities and can point them out to you. I’ve been on 2-3 amazing cruises already and can’t wait until this pandemic ends so that I can book another with him!”
