I was looking for a specific pair of winter gloves which were out of stock, but the associate was friendly & professional. A positive attitude really goes a long way.

Three floors of lovely things that are beautifully displayed. I'm not ever going to spend $500 on a purse, but this is a good place to shop for those who can and do. There's a personal stylist available, a shoe shine stand, a cafe. I have friends who shop here all the time and love it.
