(October 28, 2016, 7:14 am)We used Precise Plumbing because we purchased an appliance at Lowes and had it installed. They were always polite on the phone and were always at out house when they said they would be. The first person came out and installed the appliance then left. A few weeks later there was a leak so Precise sent a technician out immediately. He did not fix the problem so we continued to have a leak. Dan was the third person that came out and immediately found the problem, fixed it and stayed while the appliance ran to make sure the problem was solved. He gave detailed information on how to work this new appliance, answered questions and gave suggestions. Dan was wonderful and I really appreciate his thoroughness. I would be very happy to use Precise Plumbing in the future as long as Dan is the technician. Thank you Dan.
