  We absolutely LOVE the staff and environment at Smile Concepts. Everyone is friendly and so polite! They made my daughter feel comfortable and that made the process so much easier. Next up, my son! I definitely recommend Smile Concepts!

  Doctor Keisha is amazing and the staff are very sweet and well trained. The facilities are very clean and comfortable. The front desk personal is very polite and welcoming. Good atmosphere and relaxed, not rushed. Such a relief to have found a wonderful orthodontic dentist in Orlando.
  Highly recommended.

  My daughters have been seeing Dr. Alexander at Smile Concepts for a little over two years now. The quality of work is amazing. The office staff is courteous, knowledgeable, and professional. One of my daughters had her braces removed a month ago and is now in a retainer. Her teeth look great and now she is always smiling! If you are looking for an orthodontist, I highly recommend you give Smile Concepts a call.

  Everyone is so nice at Smile Concepts. They make it super easy. It was my daughter first time getting braces and they made her feel so comfortable. They have a family vibe energy at Smile Concepts. Crystal is a pleasure and you can tell she really enjoys people as well as her job! Glad I trusted all the great reviews! I'd do 10 stars but I can only do 5
