  I will say that the people at this store treated me like family. They were incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to make my VACUMM like new. They even let me use a part till the one I needed came off back order with Dyson. They had exceptional communication and I am thrilled to have found a store that cares and treats customers like gold. You d9nt experience that very much in the world we live in.
  I believe this is a family buisness ,and I told them that I didn't mind driving a few more minutes for the attention to detail, the time they take explaining every question i had ,and the comfortable experience I always have recieved here.
  They are very reasonably priced, knowledgable, and honestly you can hear it in their voices that they care about their customers. The are efficient and had my VACUMM working and good as new way before I thought it would be ready.
  If your unsure about your Dyson, if it's not picking up very well or it's just not running like it was when you first got it.... .BRING it here. !!!

  I took my Dyson vac to AAA vac repair today to have a repair done and the gentleman who took car of me was so accommodating , I would recommend this shop to everyone. I would like to personally thank AAA repair for all of their help. I will defiantly return in the future for repairs. Thank you so much. Kim Bruns

  Great customer service and knowledge. I had read prior reviews that the owner was not so nice and the place smelled like cigarettes. This is not the case! New ownership thoroughly cleaned the walls and painted, and are very nice and knowledgeable when it comes to their products and services. I came in to get my cheap vacuum cleaner repaired and walked out with a very nice top notch vacuum cleaner that was on sale. Would highly recommend.

  This is an exceptional store. Darren is the owner along with his father and they are such great and honest people! My dyson broke and I was sent to their store for repairs, they were nothing short of professional and personable. That's the beauty of a family owned shop, you get real customer service from people who care. Not only did Darren give me a great value and price, but his customer service skills went above and beyond. Support this local shop because they are amazing! Thank you again Darren!

  Our experience was 5 stars. We read some reviews that were negative, but decided to experience the store for ourselves. We found out the store is under new management. The store was clean and the staff was very friendly and acknowledged on their products. We took a vac in for repair. What the repair cost would be, came close to purchasing a new vac. We purchased a new vac and received a great trade in discount. The vac is great on hard surfaces, but we needed something for the small area of carpet we have. We ordered the attachment and found out it was on back order. To our surprise the owner had gone to his warehouse and found the attachment, refurnished it and gave it to us NO CHARGE. This was his thank you for our business. Now that's service with a 5 star rating.
