We bought a car back on April 2019, so I was giving it enough time to see if there were any issues. No issues at all. The dealer people are respectful and courteous. We got a good deal and a good car. I would recommend to go around if you need a used car. They were truthful explaining the advantages and disadvantages of all the cars they showed us. Good business model.

First of all I cannot believe I am writing a review for a Used car purchase. I hate buying new cars and I hate buying used cars. I have never met a truly honest salesman. I understand that selling cars is their job and is how they make their paycheck. But what salesman do not realize is that a bad experience will hurt them more than not making the one sale. My son and his girlfriend ( both 20)had saved up all their money and needed to purchase a RELIABLE VEHICLE. After shopping around we finally settled on a van at John's Auto Sales in Apopka.The salesman was great ! There was no pressure and they let us test drive the vehicle without them riding along and talking to distract you from checking out the vehicle. We purchased the vehicle. The kids loved it. Thad had a minor issue three days later with it. I called Johns auto Sales and spoke with John he said bring it up and he would check it out(which right there AMAZED me) not the usual response from a used or even a new car salesman. He corrected the issue and even told us that the beauty piece that was missing (when we bought it) was coming in and he said he would put it on. Now he could of just returned the piece when it arrived because he had already sold the vehicle But he called when it arrived and installed it. John is one of the most honest salesman that I have ever met! I am in my 50's and have bought many cars and met many sales people so I know what to usually expect them. If you look at his rating you can believe he has earned every single star! He knows how to do business and that is how he gets return customers and their family and friends to come there. ANYBODY I know that needs a vehicle I will recommend John's Auto Sales! Thank you John!

I bought a 2010 Chevy Equinox from John and he was upfront and honest with me about everything. He even gave me a deal as I was an international student. That was compassion.

The car runs great, he was honest as well because he said he changed the oil and filter and I can do these things myself so I checked and it was clean, golden oil and all consumables were topped off. The car was in a very good condition! I’m still very happy with the purchase and I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a car that is reliable.
