  Amazing experience! And this is one of the only hotels our family has been to with actual beds for five people!!! Great service, great stores and restaurants. The grounds and swimming pools are immaculate. Service and cleanliness were perfect. You can't go wrong here.
  
  My only complaint is: the area around the hot tub is WAY TOO BRIGHT at night time!!! I've never been to any resort where the hot tub area was lit up like a football field at night time. Nobody wants that, people!!! Remove some of those lights! That's not relaxing.

  This is a top notch hotel. The service and cleanliness is outstanding.
  and the rooms have always been very clean.
  The small perks of the room are nice. It was nice to see they have a keurig coffee machine.
  The beds are very comfortable including the pillows.
  Most places you stay at the bed are too hard and the pillows feel like you are sleeping on air (extremely soft), not these beds. The beds are soft enough and pillows are firm enough to drift off into sleep land in a few moments.
  
  Of course it is a luxury hotel, so you would expect this. Though saying that, I have stayed at so called luxury hotels and have never enjoyed a stay more than this hotel.
  Can't really speak for the pool as when we went it was October and we would rather spend our week in the parks. Besides it was a tad on the cool side to go swimming, but the pools looked great. They even set up a movie outside on the lawn at night for the kids.

  It is awesome. I have never been to Disney before and I got my magic band in the mail and the rooms actually have aloe gel in the regular stuff for the bathroom! The Conch actually has a pretty good view of everything if you are on the lagoon view. We got lucky and happened to get room 7413 and, while not the best view of the magic kingdom, you can still mildly see the fireworks from the room balcony and the castle. The beds are comfortable and the staff is amenable. Absolutely would stay here again!

  This hotel is beautiful and fancy. And an iconic Disney classic.. It is top notch in quality and guest service, however to me and my young family it feels a bit stuffy and like a grandma's house. It may be well suited for some but because of this old lady feel we prefer to stay at the Beach or Yacht Club, they have a more youthful feel. But absolutely love the options to meet Alice and the tea party and 1900 park Fare!

  Beautiful hotel and okay restaurant.
  
  While in Orlando, we decided we wanted to get more of the Disney experience. We were a big group and this was the only restaurant that could accommodate all of us for breakfast that day. The food and service were okay but I didn’t feel any of that Disney magic. The hotel and grounds were beautiful though. It would definitely be a nice quiet place to stay and relax after a busy day at the park
