(December 24, 2018, 10:41 am)After a long day of walking, we didn’t have the energy to walk all the way back! The boat ride is a very convenient option to go from west side of Disney Springs to The Landing and Marketplace - aka Red Flag boat. We took it from west side by House of Blues to Marketplace (Rainforest cafe). Does not cost anything to take and is a pleasant ride across the lake. Staff is friendly and helpful. The boat seats about 20-30 people.
The dock is open 10am - 11.30 pm. -

(March 28, 2017, 7:59 am)This boat is practical when your feet hurt and you don't want to walk all the way to the bus station. I've always had great experiences. It provides an enjoyable and smooth scenic view of Disney springs from a unique angle. Love this service!
