(February 8, 2019, 5:49 am)Nice place and very close to great amusement. Hotel is in good condition with good facilities. Most rooms have nice and small balcony. I didn't experienced the best food honestly other than that I can recommend this place.

(January 14, 2019, 1:46 am)We do feel everything was absolutely perfect, I can’t believe that anyone would think otherwise? Always able to get direct and complete answers or options from the staff. The bus service to all Disney attractions were timed as it says on their signs. Citrus 28 (24 hour pickup &go items) was an excellent place for quick snack, morning coffee and pastries, quick lunch. Great Breakfast and lunch at Letterpress with great view. Blues Bar had great service and bar food excellent (loved the buffalo wings); their acoustics weren’t good, too loud. They need to work on renovating the Blue Bar to be more inviting, less noise, then close the lobby bar earlier, however, the lounge in the lobby has relaxing seating for drinks, but I think too crowded for night life in the lobby, and I would think noisy for the floor above the bar? The room was perfect, the view to see the fireworks that we paid for was amazing, Yes, some were smoking on other floors while out on their decks, not bothersome to us at all, understandably enjoying the deck and relaxing. It was too cold to use the pool, but we are from Wisconsin, so we did use the hot tub, and it was at the perfect temperature for the cool weather. Understandably Shades was closed by the pool but it looked great! We had a couple issues, but this hotel admits their misgivings if they are sure they're at fault, happy with their communication and compromise. A plus is it’s very close to Disney Springs to walk, or they also have bus service there to the Springs. The only complaint would be where we wait for the buses for the attractions, it’s like a wind tunnel and probably 10 degrees colder with a covered area and no sun. They might want to rethink that. (January 4, 2019, 10:33 pm)Im giving 4 stars because it has the caliber of a 4* hotel, despite us having used towels, empty shampoos and body wash, and parts of our room uncleaned. Great hotel, but seriously dated. It needs a refurbishment soon. Amenities are key here, such as the magic hours, breakfast, and such. Staff was super helpful. Overall stay was not quite 5*, but neither was it 3*
