I have been with this company 12 years and watched its ups and downs. We have been on an upward swing for the last 3 years and I am confident in the direction we are headed. The quality of our care is outstanding, and the corporate leadership consistently sends the message that the most important space in our business is the "3 feet around the bed". Leadership walks the talk, it's not just lip service. One of the cubes in our building says-"if you aren't directly helping a patient, you'd better be helping someone who is!"
