  I have lived in this apartment complex for almost 2 years and have barely had any complaints. The apartment looks so nice and the kitchen is by far one of the best kitchens I have seen in an apartment complex. It is such a nice and quiet community. The only complaintcthat I have is that people don't pick up dog poop in the dog park, but I think that is to be expected in any apartment complex.

  First I just want to say how wonderful Alisa C. is...I moved from out-of-state which you know can be challenging! Especially when pictures look great on the internet and then horrible in person (which is what happened to me when I moved into my last apt). I only had one weekend to come down and look at places, and even though she was closing she still took the time to show me an apt. I am so appreciative of how she has really went above and beyond to make sure my transition from Georgia to Florida was smooth. She is the reason for my 5 stars, otherwise it would be a 4.
  
  I can only speak from what I’ve seen:
  
  I did have an issue with someone putting their trash in my bin which was handled quickly. I have walked my entire apartment thoroughly and the things I’ve noticed are very minor. I let the office know and they are more than happy to see that these issues get fixed. I will update once that happens.
  
  I don’t have an issue with sound. I can’t hear anyone unless they are outside. Usually it’s just kids laughing because I am right next to the park area. Which doesn’t bother me, considering I have two children myself. I love the fact that my kids school is literally right across from the apartment complex. My son did have to wait on a list for a month (which was just fine because we hadn’t moved yet). We are pretty close to EVERYTHING! Beaches, Downtown Disney, and Great Restaurants! Not to mention a wine bar, breakfast/lunch spot, nail salon, Publix, and a few other places inside of the strip that are all within walking distance.
  
  The gate does seem to be pointless considering people just drive extra close to your car to get in without using the gate card or a code. That might be something you want to look into. Fortunately there is a camera there so they do see what cars double behind someone just in case. I have never seen the complex dirty or cluttered with trash. I always see someone out cleaning, and I also see the police officer who watches the complex often. He drives around a few times a day. There is quite a bit of dog poop which is pretty annoying considering there are bags out for tenants to clean up after their pets. Which is an easy fix if the tenants actually cared about their complexes appearance than they would clean it up instead of just leave it for someone else to either step in or clean up.
  
  The pool and clubhouse area are very nice. I hardly use that area because of my work schedule but my kids have been there and really enjoy that amenity. I love the gym! I’m just getting back into working out so it’s nice to have a gym right at home. The rent is reasonable for everything they have here, but if it went up I don’t know if I’d stay. For this price I could just buy a house, and the mortgage would be cheaper. For me it’s just about convenience right now. All in all this is a very good apartment complex, and I would definitely recommend it as a safe place to live.
  
  *SIDE NOTE*
  
  I just want to say this has been the best apartment I’ve ever stayed in. I was there for a year, only moved because my job relocated to Ohio. Everyone at the front office was always helpful, and I never had any issues with getting my maintenance requests handled. My move out was so smooth! I had to leave quickly and the office worked with me. I just want to say thank you to all the ladies there! I know where I’ll be staying if my job ever brings me back that way!!

  Lived here for 3 months and no complaints. Office staff and maintenance are very sweet and helpful. The location is great too as it is only 10 minutes from downtown Winter Garden. I would recommend!

  We moved into the apartment 2 weeks ago. So far so good. We love the location very convenient only minutes from 429. Kids are very excited to attend Renaissance Charter School which is across the street from the apartment. Staff here are awesome they listen and understand your concerns. When we moved here a couple of things needed to be fixed, I reported it to the front office and they were at my apartment the second day taking care of all the things that needed fixing. The only issue that people seems to not pick up after their pets, which is not fair to residents who don’t owe pets and want to enjoy their walk without trying not to step on dogs feces.

  Well, we just moved in here and so far is great, no issues, like somebody post that the stairs and a lot of things are dirty, well I don't see it, I always see maintenance people around, car wash is working perfectly, everything looks great and working good too, you need to know when people don't follow rules is not management fault and I know if they see anyone breaking the rules they'll take care that person, we set everything with Stephanie, she was real professional, I saw her treating anyone like family and everything was smooth from beginning to end. Thanks Stephanie, is a pleasure to meet persons like you.
  
  Only issue I have is that the floors are not sound proof, remember this are wood floors so you can hear when people walks upstairs, just a notice for people who can't be patience with little noise.
