  From the moment we walked into City furniture Terri was absolutely amazing! Very attentive and helpful. She listened to our needs and delivered what we were looking for. City furniture is such a great store and Terri is an asset to the company.

  I'm pretty impressed with the way sales and management works at this City Furniture. Honestly it was the first day I went out furniture shopping and wasn't expecting to purchase anything and my sales rep Mr. John Bolton was understanding of it and had patience to work with me and give me for several hours including giving me figures on how much different bedroom sets with different headboards/ dresser/chest options would be. He was thorough, transparent and patient and not pushy. We ended up buying everything that same day, including a mattress. Now, i purchased a platform bed and since we couldn't get mattress up on the showroom I opted not to get the free adjustable base at the time and only the small baseboard. When it arrived in my home i was super upset because i realized it would have worked with the adjustable base. I contact store manager and requested they honor their sale because had I known it would work I'd have of course gotten it for free! There was one female manager who was super rude and tried to refuse everything but then I got a male manager who was AMAZING to say the least and he asked me what the issue was, seriously listened until I was done and said yes to everything! I ended up buying the upgraded base because I was so happy ! .... I'll be shopping for the rest of my home there again, and yes, with John Bolton, because I do not like pressure. ! Thank you guys! (PS: i misplaced the manager's card but will update review when I find it and include a picture soon ;)

  We were welcomed & greeted with a pleasant smile as soon as we walked in by Ty B, who after some time shopping around became our salesman. He was very helpful throughout the entire time. The perks ( wine, coffee, tea, cookies) were offered making you feel at home as you check out the store. Never experienced something like that! The atmosphere was nice & comfortable, so many options to choose from. Free delivery is great, however the way scheduling is set up needs improvement. Also the communication regarding the conditions of the products before they are scheduled & delivered needs to be confirmed between customer care & the warehouse teams. We had to schedule twice which was an inconvenience to us. Other than that, so far we are pleased with what we have chosen and will refer our family & friends.

  Angie, sales rep. was very nice and very informed about the various pieces of furniture. She was not pushy about making a sale. Once we decide what we wanted to purchase, the checkout process was quick and easy. The delivery team informed us 30 minutes before arrival. Once they arrived they were very polite and courteous. They installed our mattress quickly and informed us that needed four hours before we used it. I would definitely purchase from them again.

  We live in Winter Garden near the warehouse/showroom. We have purchased most of our furniture in the recent past from Hudson's as we like the Tommy Bahama furniture line. We were pleasantly surprised with the selection and facility while looking for a few pieces of furniture. After looking at half a dozen places, were decided to buy from City Furniture. The delivery was prompt (3 days after purchase) and they met the delivery window. The driver was courteous and efficient. Brandon took care of the sale and he was polite and knowledgeable. We will definitely be purchasing from them in the future.
