Clean, well managed and great customer service. I was impressed, I hope to keep my items there again. Amanda was the main person I interacted with and she was excellent.

This is a wonderful establishment and also very clean. Very spacious. But it gets better, the store manager Amanda is very friendly and super cool and accommodating to all and I highly recommend you go see her if you are thinking of getting a storage unit!

I've worked for various textbook publishers for years and always had an outdoor storage unit for the materials I sample to educators. I tend to spend a fair amount of time working in my unit, and although the outdoor units I've had previously have been adequate, indoors at Life Storage is heavenly.

I've dealt exclusively with Amanda and Carlos thus far, and they've been extremely friendly and helpful. Amanda, in particular, goes out of her way to make sure my entire experience there is a pleasant one.

I had the absolute best experience renting and using Life Storage in Schenectady. Amanda is fabulous. She knows her job very well and has a great sense of humor as well.
This location is very clean and organized. The facility is very well built and easy to access. Moving is a horrible experience but Amanda and Life Storage made it much easier.

Very clean building, The store assistant manager Carlos helped me with my move in and helped me bring the things I’ve bought out to my car. He’s always polite and very helpful with all my questions . Amanda is such a nice person and very friendly and easy to speak with . Price's are great and the first month free is amazing. Thanks for everything! Lisa
