I went with Coleman Allied because I wanted to stick with a national brand. Maybe I got lucky but I had a wonderful experience from sales to delivery. Everyone did exactly as they promised. The sales team was professional and didn't over sell me on anything. My total was exactly as quoted. The move coordinator was also professional and responsive. She delivered on dates as promised. My driver was awesome! I wanted to hug him at the end. Again did as he promised. The movers at pick up and at deliver made it a point to introduce themselves with hand shacks. Most importantly not one item was broken! I couldn't be happier! I hope this review helps others. Some of us have a positive experience!

From the start Allied-Coleman's sales rep (Larry) was very professional. I had him price many different packing & moving options. (probably about 6 -8 options).. All these options were discussed in great detail with great satisfaction..
We verbally agreed on terms, conditions, logistics and dates.
Allied-Coleman assigned logistics Manager (Ally) to manage terms & conditions that were agreed upon with payment requirements.
She was solid / confident in our phone discussions & provided me comfort that all will be done to great satisfaction..
From the moment Coleman Allied team (Moses - Driver in charge) arrived they were very professional & respectful of all materials being handled & packed. Floors & walls were protected as needed to ensure no scratching during move..
Everything well documented & accounted-for while packing & loading was taking place..
Allied-Coleman (Moses) met the required show-up date & time (Nashville) as agreed upon.
Off loading in Nashville was every bit as professional as the loading in Orlando.
Moses was responsible for loading (Orlando) to unloading (Nashville). He set the tone of professionalism in the field & his team followed his lead.. A true manager (knowing his scope & company procedures) and also represented leadership by the way he treated his staff..
I am very satisfied with Allied-Coleman team out of Orlando (Moses, Ally & Larry).. They are to be commended for a job very well done..
