We had our carpets installed 18 months ago. They have great interpersonal customer service and were very accommodating to help us find what we needed. Installers were very nice but had to have them come back and fill in a gap on the stairs. I do have lighter carpets, but there are still a few moderately visible seams. Edging also has a few places that aren’t as sharp as I would like. **To be clear**: there is a lifetime warranty on the install, and they would come out if I called them, but it’s not worth the hassle for me. Otherwise, a good experience.
All flooring LN did my entire upstairs. Initially I was going to go with a big box, but I decided to stop into their show room. I'm glad I did. They were efficient and professional. They did not try to nickel and dime me like the big box store. The installers were very friendly and stayed as late as they needed to get the job done on time (even when I told them an extra day was no big deal and I would rather see them take it easy). I would definitely use them for my flooring needs and you should do the same!
